Andy Nguyen Joins R.A. Smith National as Civil Engineer
IRVINE, Calif. — Andy Nguyen has joined R.A. Smith National — a nationwide, multi-disciplined civil and structural engineering and surveying firm —in Irvine, Calif., as a civil engineer in the land development division.
Nguyen brings his experience with small-site retail and large-scale commercial projects to the firm. His responsibilities have included site plans, water quality and hydrology reports, utility and grading plans, stormwater solutions, assistance with stormwater pollution prevention plans, as well as project coordination and task management. At R.A. Smith National, Nguyen will be providing engineering services for infrastructure design on retail, industrial and hospitality projects throughout the western United States. He will also assist with project-specific due diligence reports, and prepare exhibits and cost estimates.
Nguyen holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
He resides in Garden Grove, Calif.
