Mike Hulthen Joins Passport as Vice President of Engineering

Passport Expands Management Team to Grow Industry-Leading Software Solutions

 

Charlotte, NC- Passport, North America’s leading mobile payments provider for parking and transit, announced today a recent addition to the company’s management team to further enhance product innovation and the software development process. Mike Hulthen was appointed to the position of Vice President of Engineering at Passport’s headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

As Vice President of Engineering, Hulthen will drive planning, project execution, and development of Passport’s enterprise software solutions. He will manage the entire software development life cycle, including specifications, design, architecture, planning, implementation, and deployment.

 

Hulthen joins Passport with 30-plus years of experience in product, systems, and application development, as well as software and engineering solutions. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Core Consulting Group. Core Consulting Group provides solutions to clients in many verticals and IT systems.

 

Passport’s recent hire is one of the company’s many initiatives in delivering unparalleled mobile technology solutions. In addition to Hulthen, the company is expanding its software development team to continue to provide groundbreaking technology that improves agency operations.
