The future of parking revealed with the Parkex Innovation Trail

Parkex 2017, a British Parking Association event and Europe’s largest dedicated parking exhibition, will be debuting the Parkex Innovation Trail at this year’s event. The trail will lead visitors through the event, showcasing forward-thinking technologies, presenting the future of the UK’s parking industry.

The trail, located in Hall 5 of the NEC, Birmingham, offers visitors the opportunity to interact with products and services at the forefront of the evolution of traditional parking solutions into the digital age.

All sectors within the industry will be represented by innovative technologies and services from IPS Group, Inc’s ‘In-Vehicle Payment System’ – helping drivers seamlessly pay for parking – to Smart Parking Technology’s ‘SmartSpot’, an IoT building block which allows city operators to introduce smart parking.

Parkex 2017 will be celebrating its 25th year at the NEC, Birmingham between 4th and 6th April. Alongside the Innovation Trail, the exhibition will provide visitors with the chance to speak with exhibitors, listen to informative keynote speakers and attend a range of forward-thinking presentations at the Parkex Hub.

Parkex 2017 is a trade-only event and is free to attend. Visitors can register for tickets at www.parkex.co.uk. Parkex 2017 will take place 4th – 6th April 2017 in Hall 5 at The National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham.
