Baylor Scott & White Health awards Associated Time & Parking Controls and Amano McGann PARCS contract

 

 

 

June 6, 2017 – Dallas, Texas – Associated Time & Parking Controls in collaboration with Amano McGann have been contracted to replace the Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.

 

 

 

Associated Time & Parking Controls is in the process of installing Amano McGann’s comprehensive and modular PARCS solution, OPUSeries®, in all 52 lanes of the employee and transient parking facilities at the medical center. Baylor University Medical Center is known for providing exceptional care. They were recognized in the U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Hospitals Guide” for the 24th consecutive year in 2016. “Part of an overarching positive customer experience is a seamless parking process. To add convenience for parking patrons, Amano McGann’s eFlexPrint® validation solution will be incorporated into the new PARCS. eFlexPrint allows Baylor University Medical Center to set and print customized 2D validations that are quickly and easily scanned by patrons at the exit stations for their discounted rate to be applied. This platform also automatically tracks validations and can generate reports to keep the healthcare center in the know at all times.

 

Adding an aesthetic element to the project, Amano McGann manufactured custom painted equipment housings to extend the medical center’s branding to its parking facilities. “OPUSeries hardware has a consistent look and feel throughout the line which creates familiarity to the parking patron,” commented Wade Bettisworth, Amano McGann’s vice president of Western Region operations, “The bright blue and gold lane equipment enhances brand-familiarity as patrons enter and exit Baylor University Medical Center’s parking facilities.”
