To expand its parking planning sector and further serve clients’ needs, Carl
Walker, Inc. recently added new staff to its Studies & Operations Consulting
group.

Andrew Miller, AICP, was hired as a Senior Planner/Senior Project Manager.
His professional background includes 20+ years of experience serving as a
planner and senior consultant. He previously served as Director of Downtown
Planning & Development in Kalamazoo, Mich., and as Executive Director of the
Pottsville Area Development Corporation (PADCO) in Pottsville, Penn. In both
positions, he was responsible for the management of downtown development
districts and in linking parking planning, management and development with
overall revitalization and economic development efforts.

Jon Forster was hired as a Parking Specialist. He brings over 20 years of
parking management and customer service experience to Carl Walker. He has
hands-on knowledge of parking operations, planning and management. His
experience includes multi-facility operations, parking enforcement and
adjudication, supply/demand analysis, customer service training and project
management. He has experience evaluating parking operations and establishing
creative solutions in a variety of environments.
