HUB Parking Technology completes the acquisition of Parking & Time Recording Services Pty Ltd (PTRS) in Australia
HUB Parking Technology announced today that it has closed the acquisition of Parking & Time Recording Services Pty Ltd., a small, dynamic and well-reputed Australian company. Parking & Time Recording Services is successfully active since more than 15 years in the market of vehicular access control and is specialized in providing installations and qualified maintenance services.
The company based in the Sydney area has already a long story of mutual cooperation with the FAAC Group being a local distributor of Zeag parking systems and installer of FAAC gate automation. With the completion of the transaction, PTRS employees join the HUB Australia management.
The combination of the two companies will increase the value HUB delivers to customers and extend the offer, by adding additional capabilities. HUB Australia will be able to deliver fully integrated products and an expanded services capacity. Furthermore, the transaction will significantly expand HUB Australia’s geographic reach in the country and will hold a robust portfolio of clients.
