Q-Park GB launches mobile rewards loyalty app with mobile solutions expert Corethree

Q-Park, one of Europe’s largest independent parking companies has taken the lead launching a new mobile loyalty and reward application. The new loyalty app, developed by Corethree, enables customers to find a car park in over 50 UK locations, pre-book parking, receive local retailer and restaurant promotions including free parking on the 6th visit exclusively to Q-Park customers. Not only is the app able to provide unique customer discounts but has also has a navigation system to Q-Park car parks in the area. This is especially convenient for customers visiting a new location.

The app was developed with Corethree, the leader in m-ticketing and integrated data solutions technology, using its expertise in the parking market for the first time. Corethree adapted the Q-Park online pre-booking system and key features for mobile use as well as adding a range of new features that will benefit Q-Park end users.  Customers will earn loyalty points by scanning the barcode on their parking ticket using the in-app scanner which in turn builds into free car parking reward over time. Mobile tickets and QR codes will then be available to use at participating facilities.

For the first time loyalty for parking, retail and restaurants can all be linked through one app. In addition Corethree developed bespoke discount flash passes and QR codes for location-based offers. As interest rises from the positive launch, businesses have been partnering with Q-Park such as Red Hot Buffet, Handmade Burger Co, Chaophraya and Piccolinos. It’s no surprise that Q-Park Rewards has become a success with Q-Park customers and partners alike.
