T2 Acquires CASE Parking

Indianapolis, IN – November 4, 2014 – T2 Systems (T2) today announced it had completed the acquisition of CASE Parking, a parking data solutions provider, including its Counts in the CloudTM solution. The acquisition will expand T2’s vertical portfolio of parking and transportation infrastructure solutions with real-time parking availability data for trip planning and ITS.

T2 will deliver real-time vehicle counts, occupancy and availability data to parking facilities managers through a web-based dashboard and to parkers via smartphone, message signs and websites. This acquisition adds to the unified parking management portfolio in place with T2 Flex and Digital solutions.
With this acquisition T2 continues the strategy of providing enhanced parking enterprise data analytics for municipalities, universities, hospitals, owners and operators, as well as a broader set of consumer solutions.

John Couvrette, Vice President of CASE Parking will join T2 and continue to promote Counts in the Cloud and other T2 solutions. Couvrette has been instrumental in developing CASE Parking real-time vehicle counts platform and helped many parking operations and their customers maximize use of parking assets. Also joining T2 will be Max Corotis and Carole Misticawi in regional sales roles.

Connect 2014 is being held November 4th -6th in downtown Indianapolis, T2’s hometown. The conference brings together nearly 500 parking and transportation professionals from all across North America.
