Fabio Serrato, P.E. was promoted to Principal of its Dallas office. In his
new role, Serrato will be responsible for leading business develpoment and
client service for the New Parking Structures and Restoration service
sectors in the south and west regions. Serrato, who previously served as
Project Manager for the Kalamazoo, Mich., office, has more than 15 years of
experience in parking structure design and construction administration.

Paul Uhrig was promoted to Office Manager of the Philadelphia Office. HE has
been a valuable member of the Carl Walker team for over 20 years, providing
outstanding service to our clients on numerous restoration and parking
projects along the East Coast. His strong technical ability, client
relationship, and communication skills will serve him well in his new role.
