Mike Werner has joined OMNIPARK as a President.
Previously, Mike has held multiple leadership roles in various industries. Most recently, Mike was the Director of Asset Management for the City of Spokane. During his tenure with the City, his team led the implementation of a new parking system that installed 800 smart meters in the downtown core of the City, created an analytical tool to evaluate the performance of the City real estate assets, implemented a facilities maintenance and energy management platform, and managed the City’s real estate portfolio and real estate capital planning.
