U.S. Energy Group Appoints New Leadership for Lighting and Energy Management Product Lines
STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK – July 21st, 2015 – New York City based North American Manufacturing Enterprises, a clean technology organization, and parent company of MHT Lighting, Inc. and Power Metrics International recently appointed Kyle Leighton as their Director of Marketing and Kirk Roller as their new Executive Vice President.

Leighton possesses 8 years of experience in PR and marketing, and holds an Associate Degree of Arts from Jackson College, and a B.A. in Professional Communication from Siena Heights University. A contributor to several industry leading publications, Leighton was honored in 2013 at the National Association of Electrical Distributors LEAD Conference in Chicago, Illinois, as he was named to tED Magazine’s list of emerging electrical industry leaders in the United States. And, in 2014 he received the Recent Graduate Award from Siena Heights University based on his success in the public relations field. Lauded as one of the top marketing professionals in the nationwide electrical industry, he has now represented 6 energy efficient brands and will be based at the company’s headquarters in New York City.
Overseeing the success of the organization from Dallas, Texas, Roller possesses 20 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience working as a C-Level Executive in network computing with Thomas-Conrad, Compaq Computer and Emulex Corporation. Roller retained a US Patent on Port Aggregation for Ethernet at Compaq, an invention that allowed the industry to manufacture Ethernet switches that could operate with much faster transmissions. And, at Emulex Roller rose to President and COO during the company’s rapid growth phase raising shareholder value from $30 million to $7 billion in less than 7 years after implementing a program named Fibre Channel, a protocol for storage area networks. Fibre Channel has since been adopted as an industry standard within the network storage industry. Thereafter the company’s widely celebrated success Roller retired in 2005 until he decided to transition into the sustainable energy market in 2008. He has been appointed to the position of Vice President at 5 different energy companies while overseeing the growth and prosperity of each organization since then. “I’m excited to see the opportunities that NAME companies can provide to reduce energy consumption and satisfy customer needs,” Roller stated.
Roller possesses a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin, and his primary concentration will be presenting end users with energy reduction options, overseeing the sales staff, and facilitating the launch of new and innovative PMI and NAME products.
