CivicSmart Names Mike Nickolaus as President and CEO
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (September 24, 2015) – CivicSmart, Inc., a global provider
of innovative on-street parking equipment and transportation technologies,
announced today that Mike Nickolaus has been named its President & Chief
Executive Officer and will serve on its Board.
Since July 2015, Mr. Nickolaus has been assisting CivicSmart with the
transition and integration of Duncan Parking Technologies, Inc., which was
acquired from Duncan Solutions, Inc., to complement CivicSmart’s vehicle
sensing and systems integration capabilities and expand its client base.

For nine years prior to joining CivicSmart, Mr. Nickolaus served as
president and CEO of Duncan Solutions. In total, he has 27 years’
experience delivering intelligent transportation and parking systems into
state and local government markets including as an executive with ACS,
Dyncorp/DynRide and Lockheed Martin.
