Introducing Nicole Chinea, CAPP – Senior Associate and the newest member of Walter P Moore’s Parking practice.
Based in our Houston office, Nicole brings 14+ years of experience managing transportation and parking operations for institutions and municipalities.
A native Floridian (now a proud Texan who’s still acquiring the accent), Nicole joins us from the world’s largest medical center – the Texas Medical Center (TMC) – where she directed campus-wide parking and transportation operations that encompassed 29,000+ parking spaces. Prior to the TMC, one of her earlier forays into parking was managing projects for the City of Houston’s Parking Management Division, where she focused on On-Street Parking programs. Having worked with organizations serving such large magnitudes of visitors, Nicole has experienced firsthand how critical it is for parking facilities to function simply and effortlessly – not just for convenience, but also for revenue generation and economic development.
When she’s not out solving the world’s parking challenges, Nicole is directing her own Friday Night Lights (her husband is a high school football coach) and enjoying the ultimate team sport – family!
