Parking Sense has set its sights on the European market on the heels of its recent success in the USA.The New Zealand-based parking technology company, which has experienced rapid global growth with its EasyGuide parking system, is now officially open for business in Europe.

“We have experienced excellent growth in the US, Australia and New Zealand so it makes logical sense that we expand further into Europe,” said Parking Sense’s Chief Executive and Founder, Paul Collins.

To continue the growth momentum Parking Sense has brought on board one of Europe’s most respected and experienced parking professionals, Dierk Grünzig, to represent the company across Europe. Dierk will be employed by Parking Sense and will use his considerable experience and expertise to maximize the opportunity for growth.

Dierk Grünzig has a long history of consulting, coaching and networking in the parking industry in Europe and internationally.

“I have been impressed by Parking Sense and Easy Guide since they launched,” said Herr Grünzig, “so I’m really looking forward to applying my experience and knowledge to help grow the European arm of the business. The product is a result of Parking Sense’s knowledge across all aspects of the business including functionality, installation, reliability and value for money.

Paul Collins is a seasoned parking professional with global credentials in production, supply and innovation; with that comes excellent knowledge of what operators and their customers need.

We are already in discussion with various potential partners and distributors across Europe so I feel very optimistic about our prospects.”

Parking Sense has enjoyed recent success in the USA and is conducting installs across America, including one for global real estate investment manager CBRE Group which involves EasyGuide being installed at the Galleria Towers in Dallas, Texas.

“The Easy Guide product is proving to be a real game changer both in terms of its superior technical capability and price,” said Mr Collins, “so we are very confident we will do well in Europe.”

“I have known Dierk for many years,” said Mr Collins, “he’s got excellent networks, has a great reputation and is hungry for success so he’s a perfect fit for Parking Sense.”
