Passport Launches Mobile Pay Service in Denver

Mobile Parking App Introduces New User-Friendly Way to Pay

June 3, 2016- The Denver, CO-based development company, Focus Parking Systems, has launched an app to make parking payments more convenient at their off-street lot locations. Focus Parking Systems is introducing the leading innovator in mobile pay technology, Passport, to all of their Denver parking locations.

Passport will be available at the following lot locations:

  • 23 – 2247 Larimer St
  • 1400 20th St
  • 1417 Stout St
  • 1417 California St
  • Block 11 – 2001 19th St
  • 2751 Larimer St

Passport, the largest mobile payments provider for parking and transit, gives drivers the option of paying for parking from the convenience of their phones. Using their secure account, users can begin a parking session, monitor their time, and even extend their stay (up to the maximum allotted time) — all without walking up to the pay station.

“We’re looking forward to launching Passport’s technology in our parking locations,” said Anthony Deaser, Parking Manager at Focus Parking Systems. “We’re very impressed with the app’s intuitiveness and flexible features in addition to how easy it has been to work with Passport. Users will appreciate how convenient the app is to use, especially when parking for local Denver events.”

Users will be able to pay with the app at all Focus Parking Systems locations during local events such as Colorado Rockies games. Using the app’s extend feature, users can even extend their parking for maximum convenience. This avoids having to walk back to the pay station or risk a parking citation.

“Our top priority is providing our clients with cutting edge technology that’s efficient for them and their users,” said Bob Youakim, CEO at Passport. “It’s exciting to incorporate local events into our app to make the user experience as convenient as possible.”

Passport’s mobile pay solution has successfully launched nearby at Auraria Higher Education Center, Alpha Park locations, and ParkFirst locations. Passport’s partnership with Focus Parking Systems is an exciting expansion to the company’s existing presence in Colorado as well as the west coast.

The PassportParking app is free to download from the iPhone App Store and Android Google Play. Users can also manage their parking online at ppprk.com.
