The Smarking Management System uses existing parking data generated from Parking Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) to calculate meaningful KPI’s in real time, including: occupancy, revenues, and durations. The goal of the Smarking system is to organize raw transaction level data into clean and actionable insights and empower parking managers to be smarter and more efficient. The Smarking Management System is available on any internet connected device including desktops, laptops and mobile devices.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, Denison Parking traces it’s roots back to 1920 when Indianapolis businessman William C. Griffith purchased a local hotel. As automobile sales increased, so did demand for parking and Griffith made the decision to remodel a portion of the old hotel into one of the nation’s first paid parking facilities.
