Citizens Lanier Parking Opens Mid-West Office in Chicago

Citizens Lanier Parking, a wholly owned company of Citizens Holdings, a New York Based Parking company announces the acquisition of Alan Kahn Parking Advisory firm’s contracts based in Chicago, Milwaukee, Baltimore and Atlanta. In addition to obtaining 10 high quality locations in these cities, Kahn has joined Citizens Lanier as a Senior Vice President for the company based in Chicago. Kahn rejoins his former colleagues Jerry Skillett (CEO) and Bijan Eghtedari (President) from their earlier days at Central Parking Corporation.
Citizens Holdings has accumulated through acquisition, 5 unique parking companies with Icon and Quik Park based in New York, Lanier Parking Solutions and Ameripark based in Atlanta and PK1 in Miami. The firm has over 1100 locations nationwide and over $750 million in annual revenues within these companies. Lanier continues to grow its platform containing nearly 500 locations and recognized the opportunity to re-unite with Kahn to further expand its platform into the Midwest and capitalize on Kahn’s business relationships, parking knowledge, leadership and experience of over 30 years in the parking services industry.
