Denison Parking Announces Executive Leadership Transition

President and Chief Executive Mark Pratt announces resignation; Jeff Line to become President of venerable Indianapolis-based company

INDIANAPOLIS, In (April 20, 2017)—Denison Parking, Indianapolis’ largest parking management company, today announced the departure of President and CEO Mark Pratt and the promotion of Jeff Line to the position of president.

Pratt, a respected and innovative parking industry executive, leaves Denison Parking under amicable terms after leading it for 15 years to start a new business venture in the parking industry. Pratt intends to stay in the Indianapolis area and has agreed to be available to Denison for periodic advisory services.

“Mark’s leadership was simply invaluable to both Denison and its clients,” said Perry Griffith, Chairman of the Board for Denison Parking. “We experienced considerable growth in Indianapolis and beyond, and we became recognized throughout the industry as a leader in parking technology.”

“We’ve grown our market presence not only in Indianapolis, but across the country during the last 15 years and it’s been an honor to lead the best team I’ve ever been around,” said Pratt. “While I look forward to a new and exciting challenge, I’ll remain engaged with my Denison colleagues and clients through my advisory responsibilities. A special note of gratitude goes to Perry Griffith and his extended family. I wish them continued success going forward.”

Line has been an executive with Denison Parking for 10 years—most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Denison, Line was President of The Nyhart Company.

“We are very fortunate to have Jeff already on our executive team and ready to lead Denison,” said Griffith. “Our clients can be assured that our commitment to quality parking options, peerless customer service, and a strong community presence will be unaffected during this transition period.”

Jeff Line will assume the position of president effective on May 1, 2017.
