Advanced Parking Concepts (APC) was awarded the Valet contract at The Palisades Condominium in Fort Lee, NJ and the Concierge/Door contract to complement the existing 32 year valet relationship at Claridge House One in Verona, NJ.

Founded in 1985, APC has achieved the goal of becoming the pre-eminent Valet Parking/Shuttle/Concierge/Parking Management Operator in the New York Metro area and now in the Washington DC area.
