Kimley-Horn Partners with Madison International Realty to Improve Parking at Atlantic Center Mall in Brooklyn, NY
Raleigh, North Carolina – March 28, 2019 – Kimley-Horn is working with Madison International Realty and their property manager, Cushman Wakefield, to develop parking access and revenue control bid specifications as well as supply construction administration services for the Atlantic Center Mall directly across from Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Kimley-Horn also will develop bid specifications and provide bidding support for garage management at the Atlantic Center Mall and Queens Place Mall, also owned by Madison International Realty. Work on both projects will begin in early April 2019 and is expected to be complete sometime in July 2019.
