Conduent Transportation Leadership Transition

Conduent Transportation CEO Mick Slattery has decided to leave Conduent to pursue other opportunities outside of the transportation industry. The company’s leadership thanks Mick for his contributions and strong leadership and wishes him the best in his future endeavors. An internal and external search is underway for a successor.

John Peracchio will serve as interim CEO for Conduent Transportation while an internal and external search is conducted. John joined Conduent in November 2018 as Transportation’s General Manager of Mobility Solutions and Strategy. In this role, he has been responsible for creating future innovative business models and developing strategies that offer long-term growth and profitability in the global transportation sector.

John has more than 30 years of experience, spanning a variety of areas across the global transportation business, including focusing on how intelligent transportation products and technologies are deployed — connected vehicle technologies, tolling/user fees, “smart” parking, and other systems that improve safety, mobility and sustainability. John also chairs the Michigan Council on Future Mobility and is active with the Intelligent Transportation Society of America. He currently serves on the steering committee of ITS America’s Mobility-On-Demand Alliance.

“Mick made the decision for personal reasons. He shares our view that Conduent Transportation is a preeminent, core business for Conduent, a vital part of the company’s portfolio, and is extremely well-positioned in the transportation space.” – said, Neil Franz, Director, External Communications Government & Transportation, CONDUENT
