A long-time parking technology sales leader, Hwang joins PayByPhone from Parkloco, where he was Head of Strategic Partnerships & Growth. In his new position he will oversee business development and partner relations initiatives throughout the northeast, including New York, New Jersey, New England, and Northeastern Canada. Hwang will be headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
