Nationwide Payments is proud to announce and welcome Tyson Ouellette as Technical & Business Development Manager.

 

 

Tyson joined the team with over 20 years of experience that he combines in a multidisciplinary approach to provide solutions outside of traditional role boundaries. He has previously served in a dual role as customer service manager and information management specialist for Dell Computers for 5 years.

Most recently he spent 12 years supporting the processing side of Nationwide Payments/EVO Merchant Services in a multitude of roles such as deployment, technical support, creating and maintaining knowledge bases, and as a business analyst for internal software development.

Prior to joining the Nationwide Payments team, he served as an in-field lead technician for Time Warner for 5 years, installing and maintaining high-speed data infrastructure and VoIP services for commercial customers

During that time Tyson also worked to help launch and support MuniciPAY, a payment gateway for municipal entities utilizing the card brand programs around convenience fees, as well as write and submit bid proposals to towns and cities throughout the United States. Tyson lives in Southern Maine and his passions include mathematics, physics, art, and music.

Ouellette will be responsible for sales team leadership, driving revenue, contribute in product and vendor selection, as well as general management responsibilities.
