Westward Industries Brings New GO-4 Parking Enforcement Vehicles to City of San Diego

The City of San Diego, CA recently enhanced its parking enforcement program with the addition of 16 new GO-4 task-specific vehicles. The City is retiring units from the mid-2000s.  The new units will have air ride seats, air conditioning , back up cameras, a more efficient and quiet drivetrain.

The GO-4 parking enforcement vehicles are part of a series of vehicles developed by Westward Industries. The three-wheeled vehicles provide a sustainable alternative to standard sized vehicles often used for enforcement, while offering PEOs a greater ability to enter and exit, as well as maneuver throughout their routes in a safe and efficient manner. The GO-4 vehicles are also an easy retrofit for license plate recognition systems.

The GO-4 series of vehicles includes the original GO-4, the GO-4 EV, the GO-4 flatbed, and the GO-4 Van Body. They operate in cities throughout North America including Santa Monica, CA, Milwaukee, WI, New York, NY, and Aspen, CO.
