Being located less than 10 minutes from downtown Miami and only 6 minutes from the University of Miami, it was anticipated that there would be a high turnover of transient parking visitors at this site, therefore, the combination of this equipment made sense for this location. Transient visitors have the option to pay at the Pay-On-Foot Station or at the Express Payment Station. Merchant tenants are able to validate visitors’ plates virtually and The Yacht Club at Brickell Apartments 24 hour concierge is able to monitor all of this in real-time.
