The fully integrated cloud-based system provides automated entry to the parking garage for residents and registered guests by reading license plates, thereby eliminating the use of fobs or key cards. Tenants are able to login remotely to invite guests and secure their parking, providing a seamless experience. The Interactive Feedback System provides clear instructions to visitors who may not know that the parking facility has a license plate recognition system in place. Clearly communicating to the driver makes for a smoother parking experience and a higher level of customer satisfaction. The Added Awareness Intelligent Alert System monitors unauthorized vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians attempting to access the building through the garage and sends real-time alerts to the Concierge or Property Manager, thereby preventing theft and vandalism.
