Get My Parking Announces Launch of the US Partnership

Philadelphia, PA – The leading smart parking startup, Get My Parking (GMP), has announced the launch of a partnership in the US as it continues to grow its global footprint aggressively. With their newly established representatives near Philadelphia, the India-based startup is positioned to serve even more parking operators in the North American market.

Get My Parking’s latest expansion move is supported by its partnership with ParkTrans, an American smart city solution provider that brings the latest technology to its American clients. As part of this partnership, Christopher Perry and Kevin Woznicki, the Principal Partners of ParkTrans, will be representing Get My Parking.

Traditional local-server-based parking hardware operates in silos and is not compatible with third party apps or software. In today’s new-age mobility landscape, parking operators need an ecosystem of integrated hardware and software, to deliver contactless, safe, digital consumer experience. Get My Parking provides all that with it’s white-label software-as-a-service to integrate operator’s existing hardware with any third-party mobile app. If the operator wants their own custom-branded app then the GMP platform can provide that in just 2 weeks.

The GMP platform upgrades physical parking lots into digital mobility hubs with contactless access and cashless payments for commuters and shared mobility fleets. The Cloud GateKit, a new IOT product by Get My Parking, retrofits and integrates all existing access control equipment. It thus enables any parking to go touchless without requiring operators to invest in new access gates.

Chirag Jain, CEO, Get My Parking, commented on the expansion, “We are very excited about this expansion in the US. We’d always received huge interest from American parking operators, and we will now be able to serve them more closely. To date, we have empowered more than 2000 parking lots around the world to go digital and contactless. With the support of Christopher and Kevin from ParkTrans, we are confident of making huge strides in the American parking market.”

Get My Parking has performed extensive deployments in Europe and Asia for some of the largest parking operators such as APCOA Parking, that operates across 9000+ locations in 13 countries. With this expansion, American operators can now transform their parking infrastructure into a coherent, interoperable ecosystem with Get My Parking’s plug-n-play and customizable suite of parking solutions.
