Richmond, VA – Alchemco, a full-line global manufacturer of products used to clean, repair, protect, and waterproof concrete & masonry structures has taken another step in its strategic plan of growth through acquisition. Alchemco announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Tecnorap Sistemas Construtivos, a leading specialtyconstruction distributor serving the Brazilian territory. Tecnorap Sistemas Construtivos brings an experienced team ofassociates and extensive network and will operate under the Alchemco business unit.
