Boston-based parking operator goes completely contactless with Honk’s tap-to-pay and mobile app

Using Honk’s contactless payment technology, Patriot Parking was able to quickly pivot their parking operation when the pandemic hit in a matter of 3 weeks. Patriot Parking went from being a labor and cash-based operation to a cashless and contactless operation.
HonkTAP smart stations are now set up and installed at all Patriot Parking locations in the Metro Boston area as a safe and clean way for drivers to pay for parking. With no paystation or cash to touch, drivers simply – and safely – tap or scan their smartphone on a HonkTAP smart station to pay for their parking session. HonkAPP is a second onsite payment option – available for download from the AppStore or Google Play. Customers can pay for parking and manage their session directly from their phone.
