DENISON PARKING SELECTED TO MANAGE PARKING OPERATIONS AT 16 TECH
Indianapolis, IN – Denison Parking, an Indianapolis-based parking operator, announced that it will manage theinitial parking operations at the 16 Tech Innovation District (16 Tech). Denison will use state-of-the-art LicensePlate Recognition (LPR) technology to manage parking for the District’s first tenants.
Located in downtown Indianapolis, 16 Tech is a 50-acre live-work-innovate community that brings togetherentrepreneurs, academics, startups, corporations and creatives in a single place designed to spark the exchange ofideas that leads to innovation. Construction is complete on 16 Tech’s first building, Innovation Building 1. HqO, theinnovation hub located in the heart of the District, boasts private and flexible office space, artisan marketplace andmakerspace, and will open 2021.

By using LPR technology, Denison Parking will efficiently monitor parking for 16 Tech’s first tenants without usinghangtags, permit stickers or gates.
16 Tech adds nearly 150 parking spaces, as well as an additional 300 surface spaces in the near future, to Denison’salready large portfolio of on-street, off-street, valet, event, and consulting services.
Additionally, a 1000-space garage is planned to anchor the District’s parking needs.
