Hartford, CT – Sept. 17, 2020,  Andi Campbell, Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at LAZ Parking, has been awarded the 2020 Women in Parking IMPACT Award, LAZ CEO Alan Lazowski, announced today.  The honor is given annually by the National Parking Association (NPA) and the Women In Parking Advisory Board.  A panel of industry peers selected Campbell as “an outstanding parking executive who fosters inclusion, professional development and the advancement of parking professionals – particularly women,” according to a letter to Campbell from NPA President Christine Banning.

“As the leader of People + Culture, Andi has been game changer for LAZ,” Lazowski said. “In her eight years at LAZ, she has distinguished herself as an innovator, mentor, and thought leader not only within our company but across the parking industry. I can’t think of anyone more deserving of the honor.”

Campbell joined LAZ in 2012 as Vice President of Talent Development and has been Senior Vice President of HR since 2018. She leads people and culture initiatives at LAZ and is best known for creating scalable “people” strategies that drive measurable results. The award is the latest of many for Campbell. She was named to a “Top 40 Young Trainers” list by Training Magazine in 2012, recognized as a “Game Changer” by Workforce Magazine in 2014, and to a “Top 40 Under 40” list by the NPA in 2015.

“To be acknowledged for work you love doing is humbling,” Campbell said of the IMPACT award. “I want to thank Alan and my LAZ family for creating a work environment that fosters growth and opportunity for me and thousands of other LAZ employees.”

Three other LAZ employees – Maggie DiPaolo, Alex Hooker, and Stephane Adovelande – were named by NPA to this year’s “40  Under 40” list. The awards honor young professionals under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves as rising stars in the parking and transportation industry.

Honorees are identified through a peer-reviewed selection process that recognizes parking professionals who demonstrate innovation, integrity, and excellence. NPA and its Young Professionals Network are growing thanks to a dynamic influx of talent that is expanding as the parking industry evolves, Banning added.

“Our three winners this year have been up-and-comers within our company for some time, so it’s fitting that their talents and drive be recognized by their peers in the industry,” Lazowski said. “These outstanding young professionals are the future leaders of our industry.”
