ParkVia seals contract to promote car parking and ancillary services at Wroclaw Airport, Poland

POLAND. ParkVia has announced a new partnership with Wroclaw-Copernicus Airport operator Port Lotniczy Wrocław that will promote the airport’s parking, fast-track and lounge products.

The deal will allow passengers flying from Poland’s fifth busiest airport to book ancillary services online at parkvia.com and across hundreds of partner sites including travel agents and major airlines such as Wizz Air.

The new agreement between ParkVia and Wroclaw-Copernicus Airport will help maximise passenger spend on car parking and other ancillary services in the tough COVID-19 trading period

Ilaria Vacca: “The new collaboration will enhance the airport experience for many passengers”

The agreement covers about 4,000 parking spaces over four pre-booking car parks. Also promoted via the deal are the airport’s WRO Executive Lounge and the airport’s fast-track service.

Wroclaw-Copernicus Airport Sales and Marketing Director Jarosław Sztucki said: “We aim to deliver a seamless airport experience for our passengers and that starts before they book their flight. Bringing this new digital route-to-market online allows our passengers to book and pay for services on the platform and device of their choice.”

He added: “This year it is more important than ever to maximise passenger monetisation and we believe that ParkVia’s exciting ecommerce platform will help to this end.”

ParkVia Head of Strategic Accounts Ilaria Vacca said: “The airport has an enviable record of growth and the new collaboration will enhance the airport experience for many passengers, presenting them with additional options to pre-plan more elements of their journeys.”

ParkVia – whose footprint spans airports in 44 countries – now promotes the spaces of over 2,000 parking providers to its four million registered users.
