Cristian De Leon, Jr, joins Premium Parking as the new Market President of the New York metropolitan area
Premium is thrilled to announce the addition of Cristian De Leon, Jr. as the new Market President of the New York metropolitan area.
With over 26 years of expertise, he now leads all Premium’s operations at owned, leased, and managed parking facilities in the territory, as well as new business and implementation. He works closely with real estate owners and property management companies to introduce new revenue generation strategies and modern parking solutions.
Most recently, Cristian was Regional Director at LAZ Parking. Some of the high-end projects managed under his tenure include SOLO9W57 Solow Realty, Stuyvesant Town–Blackstone, The Plaza Hotel, American Museum of Natural History, 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, MTA’s Battery Parking Garage, Industry City, The Eventi Hotel and The Grand Hyatt. In addition, Cristian also managed well-known Healthcare campuses including New York Presbyterian, Rutgers University Medical-Newark, The Brooklyn Hospital, Coney Island Hospital, Greenwich Hospital and Norwalk Hospital.
