Katerina’s client-centric approach and leadership effectiveness has made a noticeable impact on the vision, direction, and achievements of Fleet Advantage,” said John Flynn, CEO of Fleet Advantage. “Katerina was both instrumental in helping us secure new business as well as onboarding new clients through the use of the structured marketing approach she developed and continues to execute to this day.”

Jones involves herself in several charitable organizations, industry-related council positions and committees. She has been actively involved in the National Private Truck Council (NPTC) for almost five years, where she is a member of the Annual Conference Planning Committee. She is highly regarded by this organization for her private fleet knowledge and dedication to the equipment finance industry. In this role, she has been an innovative and resourceful contributor in helping shape the substantive content and networking value of workshops and seminars, while helping raise the educational profile of both Fleet and Allied/Supplier members. Jones also developed and annually spearheads the IFDA (International Food Distribution Conference) Truck Driving Championship Kid’s Writing Contest.
