PARKING INDUSTRY EXPERT STEVE WOMACK OPENS CKC USA ATLANTIC COAST OFFICE

 

 

Today CKC announces Steve Womack is joining our energetic ownership team. With an unparalleled 20+ year history in navigating and delivering Parking Technology, Steve brings all round project experience and parking operations capability.

 

 

One highlight is the project management of parking upgrades at Orlando International Airport (MCO) across 3 generations in 3 decades.  His extensive Airport project experience is simply unmatched and includes more than 20 international airport locations. Other high-profile project management locations include San Francisco International Airport (SFO), San Jose International Airport (SJC), Miami-Dade International Airport (MIA), Toronto International Airport (YYZ), Detroit International Airport (DTW) and his local Atlanta International Airport (ATL) to name but a few.

Steve’s formal background is Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and advanced courses toward a Technology Management Masters’ Degree.  He has worked with many of the industry’s leading technology providers as project leader and executive operations manager, there is little about the revenue, construction, electrical, networking, user experience and parking behavior he has not solved with his projects at SKIDATA USA, ParkingSoft, TIBA Parking, APARC, Xerox and ACS.

International Airports are living, dynamic locations which stress test project design and implementation teams; Steve’s other experience include Miami Parking Authority, Highwoods Office Parks, Miami Beach Parking Authority and the City of Salt Lake.  These major projects have allowed Steve to generate a unique, highly detailed and considered approach that gets results from “teams of teams” that need to work together to complete a program.
