Denison Parking assumes parking management at the Houston Galleria, Houston TX and Northgate Station, Seattle
On August 1, 2021, Denison Parking began managing the parking facilities encompassing 12,337 parking spaces at The Houston Galleria of Houston, Texas.
On October 1, 2021, Denison assumed the parking management of the parking facilities for Northgate Station of Seattle, Washington. Andy Brez, Vice President of National Accounts and leader of both projects said: “Procuring the parking management of The Houston Galleria and Northgate Station is a tremendous complement to our relationship with the Simon Property Group. The Houston Galleria is a very prominent shopping center that is well known as an upscale, diverse property that is a large and complex operation.
Northgate Station is a dynamic redevelopment that is home to the NHL’s newest franchise, the Seattle Kraken and their Kraken Community Iceplex. We are very pleased to further expand and solidify our relationship with the Simon Property Group as we efficiently and effectively leverage technology and manage their unique parking assets”
