CHESHIRE, CT – Finalized on September 21, 2022, TKH Security LLC (formerly Park Assist) is pleased to announce the Southern California US District Court jury’s verdict found in favor of TKH Security in the lawsuit filed by Indect. The jury’s verdict affirms TKH Security’s patent, as issued in 2017, is valid and TKH Security has not engaged in bad faith business practices. Further, the jury affirmed this fact by awarding no damages to Indect.

“We’re proud of our strong track record of success. We appreciate the time and effort the jury took in acknowledging the validity of our patent, and we will continue to enforce our patent when required,” said Chief Executive Officer Timme Grijpink.

“TKH Security is looking forward to putting this behind us. We will continue to focus on our existing and future customers by further investing in the innovation of our feature-rich and technologically advanced parking solutions,” said Grijpink.
