PayByPhone announces changes to its Management Board

 

 

VANCOUVER, CANADA, 9 February 2023 – PayByPhone, the global leader in mobile parking payments and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Financial Services, announces the following changes to its Management Board.

Anthony Cashel becomes PayByPhone Chief Client Officer, joining the Management Board effective 1 February 2023, after acting as Interim Chief Client Officer since September 2022. In his new global role, Cashel, who joined the company in 2017, will spearhead the development and execution of PayByPhone’s strategy. He was previously Managing Director of the UK business where his proven extensive experience across sales, marketing and operations was invaluable.

Lewisa Anciano, Vice President Global Human Resources, left PayByPhone on 31 January 2023. Anciano made a profound impact on PayByPhone’s people and on its business during her tenure, including building a very strong team of leaders within the People and Culture division.

Effective 1 February 2023, Kristina Svab, Director, People and Culture, and Leyla Germain-Tardieu, Director, People and Culture, oversees North America and Europe respectively. Both Svab and Germain-Tardieu bring the required experience to their new roles along with arsenals of the necessary soft skills. They report directly to Combe, who will represent the function on the Management Board.

Ryan St Hilaire, Vice President, Product, left PayByPhone on 31 January 2023. During his tenure he transformed the product area of the business and successfully drove new revenue opportunities for consumer products.

Effective immediately, Tanya Reid is promoted to Senior Director, Product. Since joining PayByPhone in 2021, Reid has proven her strategic approach and has a deep understanding of the complex needs of the company’s customers. Reid reports to Nigel Carroll, Chief Technology Officer, who is the Management Board member accountable for Product Strategy and Delivery.
