James Paden Joins Parker Technology as Chief Product Officer

Paden Brings 25 Years of Software Development and Product Innovation Experience 

Indianapolis, IN (October 21, 2024) – Parker Technology, leading provider of parking customer service solutions, recently announced the appointment of James Paden as its new Chief Product Officer. With over 25 years of experience in software development and product innovation, Paden will play a pivotal role in advancing Parker Technology’s product strategy and enhancing its innovative support solutions. 

For the past decade, Paden served as Chief Strategy Officer at Expected Behavior, where he led strategy for a portfolio of data and analytics SaaS products. Prior to that, he managed content marketing and calendar products at Oracle Marketing Cloud, following Oracle’s acquisition of Compendium, where he held the role of Vice President of Product. Paden’s career highlights also include founding Emailium, a global email campaign database that was later acquired.
