Raffle Parking Adds Former Property Management Exec as Chief Operating Officer
HOUSTON (March 31, 2025)—Today, Raffle Parking announced the appointment of Andrew McKinney as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). This appointment underscores the company’s dedication to strengthening leadership and enhancing resources for both its clients and employees.
Raffle Parking has provided parking management services in Greater Houston for more than a decade. Its portfolio includes downtown locations such as 803 Fannin at Jones on Main and the mixed-used development GreenStreet, as well as Rice Village, Montrose Collective, and Sugar Land Town Square. The parking operator also oversees parking and building access control for 11 Class-A commercial office properties in West Houston.
“Andrew offers a valuable and unique insight for our business model,” said CEO Adam Raffle. “As a former property management executive and previous client of Raffle Parking, he played a key role in the growth and overall success of our two managed downtown locations. His understanding of client needs and industry demands will help shape our strategic direction moving forward.”
McKinney brings expertise in commercial property management, with a proven track record in overseeing operational functions for large-scale properties. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at Parkway, where he was responsible for key operational initiatives across multiple commercial assets. His experience spans lease administration, construction management, and strategic planning. Prior to his tenure at Parkway, he held the role of Vice President of Property Operations at Houston-based Midway.
“I have worked closely with Raffle Parking for the past seven years, during which time I was continually impressed by the company’s commitment to service excellence and its strong, ownership-driven culture,” said McKinney. “I look forward to contributing to Raffle’s continued success and delivering exceptional results for our clients.”
As Raffle Parking continues to expand, the company is actively exploring opportunities beyond Houston. “With Andrew at the helm of operations, we are in a strong position to evaluate our entry into new markets across Texas and beyond,” added Raffle.
