ACE PARKING EXPANDS HOTEL BY 16 HOTEL PROPERTIES ACROSS NATION

 

 

San Diego, CA – Ace Parking, a privately-held, nationwide operational and innovation specialist of valet parking, parking automation, transportation and event logistics has recently expanded its hotel division by sixteen hotel properties across the nation during the fourth quarter of 2016 and first quarter of 2017. The properties are located in California, Washington, Georgia, Maryland, and a new market for Ace Parking, Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

Ace Parking will provide a customized selection of services designed to serve the needs of each hotel operation. Services will range from door and bell services, to parking management services, valet and automated self-parking functions, depending on the property.

 

In the Northwest, Ace was awarded the parking contracts for the W Bellevue and the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) Bellevue. The new properties are expected to open in Spring 2017.

 

In the Southwest, Ace was awarded parking management contracts for the Hampton Inn Santa Monica and the Courtyard by Marriott Santa Monica. The Courtyard by Marriott is a newly built hotel, scheduled to open in February 2017. Additionally, in San Diego, California, Ace has been awarded the newly built Pendry Hotel. The Pendry is a luxury, boutique hotel situated in downtown San Diego’s Historic Gaslamp Quarter. The hotel will feature six new restaurants and bars serving locally-sourced food and beverages. In Texas, Ace recently began operating valet parking services for Marriott Marquis Houston, located in downtown Houston across from the George R. Brown Convention Center.

 

Also in the Southwest, Ace was recently selected by Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ace will be providing parking management services for valet and self-parking functions at eight Caesars Entertainment properties on the Las Vegas Strip. The properties include: Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Harrah’s Las Vegas, Bally’s Las Vegas, Flamingo Las Vegas, The Cromwell Las Vegas, The LINQ, Paris Las Vegas, and Planet Hollywood. This partnership signals Ace Parking’s entry in the Las Vegas, Nevada market.

 

Beginning in February, in the Southeast, Ace will begin providing valet parking services for the Hyatt Regency Villa Christina @ Perimeter, a luxury urban hotel located in the Perimeter belt of Atlanta, Georgia.

 

In the Northeast, Ace will be providing valet and self-parking services this spring at The Hotel at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. The Hotel is a luxury hotel and conference center, located across from the University of Maryland Campus.

This educational partnership will provide team members of Ace Parking with the opportunity to earn undergraduate and graduate degrees through a special, Ace Parking-tailored tuition reduction program.

 

 

Ace Parking team members will be able to attend undergraduate and graduate courses at West through a flexible, online format. Leveraging West’s EDGEucate program, annual tuition for Ace Parking team members will be capped, allowing these learners to take as many courses as they like in a calendar year, which provides the opportunity to graduate sooner with less tuition cost.

 

To help Ace Parking team members graduate sooner, West, through its prior learning assessment process, has approved many Ace Parking training courses to be eligible for West college credits. Team members who have taken Ace training classes may submit a list of completed courses for evaluation prior to enrollment.

San Diego, CA, December 1, 2016 – Ace Parking, a privately-held, nationwide parking management company, announced today they have been selected by Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ:CZR), the world’s most diversified casino-entertainment provider, to implement and manage a paid parking model at eight Caesars Entertainment properties on the Las Vegas, Nevada strip.

LOS ANGELES, CA and LONDON, (September 8, 2016) – Stockdale Capital Partners, a vertically-integrated real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles, has formed an institutional partnership with the privately owned international property group, Grosvenor Group, and San Diego-based parking operator Ace Parking Management. The partnership will acquire, own and manage high quality parking structures and surface lots across the Southwest. The partnership will target income-producing parking garages in infill, high-traffic submarkets and garages attached to hotels and office buildings that can be acquired and managed independently. The partnership will also consider surface lots in supply-constrained markets where parking operations can be executed.

“Parking assets are a highly-fragmented, often under-brokered submarket with very little institutional ownership today. Using Stockdale’s broad reach and reputation in markets throughout the Southwest, and Ace Parking’s long history as the preeminent parking operator in the US we already have a solid initial pipeline of opportunities and will soon announce our first transactions for the program,” said Daniel Michaels, Managing Director at Stockdale Capital Partners.

Ace Parking, which has more than 5,000 employees and manages more than 500 off-street parking locations and 175,000 stalls in eight states, will provide day-to-day management of assets acquired by the partnership.

Ace Parking launches parking app for iPhone users.

 

June 9, 2016 San Diego, CA – Ace Parking is pleased to announce the launch of the first phase of their parking app, now available to Apple users on the iTunes Store.

 

Ace Parking’s free app, named Ace Parking, is designed to help customers find the best parking options in the thirteen major markets in which Ace operates. The app features a traditional search function as well as voice enabled search. Users can search by city, area of town or address. Search results will list the closest Ace Parking locations. Each location listed on the app has operational information including a description of payment options and the type of parking offered. Other features include Mark My Car and Find My Car by using geolocation technology to help customers find their way back to the general parking in which they parked. Users are also able to mark lots as favorites in case they want to continually park at one location. Additionally, some lots have real time availability to let customers know how full a location is at that time. Users will see a colored circle around the logo marking the location and will be either red, yellow or green.

Ace plans to release the next iteration of the app by the end of the year, which will introduce more robust features including a payment portal and parking reservations.

Ace Parking Announces Three New Partnerships in Phoenix Region

Phoenix, AZ – Ace Parking has recently been selected as the Parking Management partner at the Collier Center and CityScape Commercial facilities in downtown Phoenix, as well as the iconic Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale.

Collier Center is a mixed-use, Class A building with almost 600,000 square feet of space housing offices, retail and restaurants. CityScape is an urban community, composed of four buildings, covering 1.2 million square feet and features office space, a hotel, residential apartments, retail and restaurants, and entertainment. Both facilities are professionally managed by Red Development and are located in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Ace will provide Parking Management services for both metropolitan locations.

The Phoenician Resort is part of the Starwood Hotel and Resort’s Luxury Collection. Located at the base of Scottsdale’s Camelback Mountain, the iconic resort features a golf course, spa, restaurants, and meeting and event space. Ace will be providing 24-hour Valet and Self- Parking Management services for the resort facility.
