The acquisition also expands Premium’s presence across the Midwest and Northeast, creating the nation’s largest network of entrepreneur-led parking markets.

Richard Serra, President and CEO of Allpro Parking, promoted Krathaus based on her hard work, commitment to providing excellent customer service, and dedication to helping the company grow.

 

“Kyla has continuously proven to the Executive Team her abilities and skills, along with her desire to build upon and improve Allpro’s HR department and the internal systems,” Serra said. “She earned this promotion and I look forward to working with her in a larger capacity”.

 

Kyla has numerous years of experience in administrative and organizational support roles. She is also experienced in program planning and engagement strategies within the field of human services.

 

In 2016, Kyla graduated with her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Medaille College, and from 2018 to 2019 she completed a one year accelerated master’s degree in Organizational Leadership as an alumnus of the college. In 2020, Kyla completed the Emerging Business Leaders Leadership Program through a local chapter to further her leadership skills and knowledge.

 

When she joined Allpro Parking, Kyla assisted the Human Resources department with new hire onboarding, employee relations, and talent development initiatives. She has helped fill several vital roles along with a vast number of field staff following the pandemic.

(Buffalo, NY) — Allpro Parking is proud to announce that William “Bill” Witnauer has been promoted to District Manager of the company’s eastern region.

Bill joined Allpro’s corporate team in a Business Development capacity in February 2021 with more than a decade of experience in parking management in Buffalo. Initially, his position was focused on a proposal to manage the City of Buffalo–owned parking garages. However, he has since assisted Tom Eckl, West District Manager, and Rick Doetterl, Project Manager & Loss Prevention Manager, on a variety of proposals and has helped the company land several new contracts.

“In his time spent with Allpro Parking, Bill has demonstrated all of the unique skills that are required of a District Manager,” said Richard Serra, President and CEO of Allpro Parking. “This is a well-deserved promotion, and we look forward to seeing how Bill continues to thrive in his career.”

Prior to working in parking, Bill was a middle school teacher. He also worked as an independent contractor in painting and remodeling. HonkMobile Continues US Expansion after Successful Pilot of Tap-to-Pay Technology with Allpro Parking

 

 

Pilot program followed by expansion to 4 new US cities

 

Buffalo, NY – March 4, 2020 – HonkMobile, North America’s leading provider of electronic payments for the parking industry, announced today the completion of a successful eight-month pilot program with Allpro Parking. Allpro Parking is a full service parking and transportation operator with headquarters located in Buffalo, NY. Allpro Parking deployed Honk’s patent pending tap-to-pay payment technology – HonkTAP – at various parking locations in Buffalo, NY. Building off the success of this pilot, Allpro will now accelerate its expansion of HonkTAP at its locations in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, and Rochester.

 

Honk developed the tap-to-pay smart technology as an alternative to the traditional pay station or parking meter. During the pilot, Allpro Parking installed HonkTAP smart stations at 15 surface parking lots throughout Buffalo. Since the start of the pilot, Allpro Parking’s revenue generated through Honk has increased by 349%.

 

The implementation of HonkTAP proved both simple and cost-effective: Honk’s NFC-embedded smart stations were installed in parking lots as additional, low cost points of sale. With no app to download or account to set up, drivers simply tap their phones at the station to initiate payment. This contactless option gives drivers the fastest checkout process, meeting consumer expectations for quick and convenient ways to make everyday purchases. It is no longer necessary to line up at pay stations or wait for credit cards to process with this smart technology.

 

“We were blown away by the revenue generated from HonkTAP,” said William Rasi, General Manager, Allpro Parking. “There was minimal effort and little capital invested on our end to get it up and running, and the numbers speak for themselves. We’ve seen particularly high adoption from visitors to Buffalo — they don’t want to download a parking app for a weekend visit. Allpro Parking Introduces the Barnacle: The Less Intrusive Immobilization Device

 

(Buffalo, NY) – On November 1, Allpro Parking, LLC, a local leader in innovative parking solutions, will begin deploying the Barnacle® as their preferred method of parking enforcement. In order to run a comprehensive and professional parking operation, Allpro required an enforcement solution for those who fail to pay or follow regulations in their parking lots. This easy-to-use immobilization device simplifies parking enforcement; putting the customer in control over the release of the device.

 

After several warnings have been issued and immobilization becomes necessary, Allpro Parking will deploy the Barnacle instead of the parking boot. The device has two commercial grade suction cups that adhere to the vehicle windshield with 1,000 pounds of force. By obstructing the driver’s view, the Barnacle prohibits legal operation of the vehicle rendering it immobilized. The device is equipped with tamper alarms and GPS tracking. Drivers can easily remove the Barnacle by following the instructions printed on the device which allows them to pay online or over the phone 24 hours a day. After release, the driver is responsible to return the Barnacle to the drop box next to the Allpro Parking office.

Cincinnati, OH  – Ballparc is pleased to announce the launch of its Enforcement solution with Allpro Parking in the operator’s Cincinnati, OH market. The cloud-based handheld system will allow Allpro to patrol their locations and issue citations efficiently, while providing its customers with a convenient online portal to navigate the citation process.

 

One of the ways the new system improves efficiency is a result of how the Enforcement mobile app combines location technology and paid vehicle data from a variety of sources to inform officers and managers. When officers arrive at a property, they can perform a “check-in”, which uses geofencing to create a verified record that the lot was patrolled.

 

After checking in, officers are presented with a complete list of vehicles that have paid and those that have expired, allowing them to quickly issue citations where necessary.

Managers can use this information to determine and verify enforcement schedules for the properties they manage. They can also track officer locations in a map view to increase visibility across teams and territories.

 

In addition to the mobile application, Allpro managers benefit from a real-time dashboard where they can handle all administrative tasks via a web browser. This includes managing customer disputes, generating client and operational reports, tracking vehicle histories and repeat offenders, and exporting outstanding citations to collection services.

Allpro Parking had previously operated the medical office building valet at this location and was recently asked by the hospital management, Bon Secours Mercy Health, an Ohio Not-for-Profit Corporation, to propose services to include the main entrance.

 

Allpro Parking was asked to return to improve the customer experience at both the medical office building and the main entrance of the hospital. They were able to offer Mercy West Hospital valet services with more supervision, training, and follow up that reflects the compassionate care they offer inside.
