In addition to selling and installing TIBA’s industry-leading parking equipment, APS will also maintain and service all TIBA equipment installed in Arizona, including previously purchased equipment.

Provide Parking Guidance Technology for US Navy Headquarters in San Diego

San Diego, CA (July 23, 2020)—Visitors and employees of the new U.S. Navy Headquarters in downtown San Diego will enjoy an extraordinarily convenient parking experience with the installation of EnSight Technologies’ advanced parking guidance technology. Access Professional Systems (APS) has teamed up again with EnSight Technologies to install EnSight’s camera-based parking guidance solutions for the new navy complex, which is located adjacent to the city’s beautiful marina. The Navy HQ project was the first to begin construction on the new proposed 8-block Manchester Pacific Gateway development.

The MPG project is arguably the most ambitious project in San Diego’s history. It is comprised of a one-of-a-kind luxurious development that will immediately and globally enhance San Diego’s reputation as one of the world’s most desirable destinations. In addition to the Navy HQ, it will include two waterfront hotels, a class A office building, and a park for green space.

The HQ garage will feature EnSight’s intelligent cameras located at the main entry, exit, and each level change to monitor incoming and outgoing traffic. That occupancy information will be relayed to dynamic LED signs at the garage’s entrance and strategically-placed locations throughout the garage. The signs, coupled with EnSight’s advanced machine learning systems, provide real-time occupancy information throughout the facility to help drivers find a parking space quickly and easily.

Palm Desert, CA — Access Professional Systems (APS) announced today that it has been selected by The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California to install an advanced TIBA parking technology suite. The equipment will be paired with Westin’s Opera PMS interface to provide an exceptional and seamless parking experience for hotel guests. The project is part of the hotel’s initiative to help provide a better, more secure guest parking experience.

The parking technology suite will be fully integrated with Westin’s Opera PMS, which will permit guests to use their room keys to enter and exit the parking facility.
