Business Growth Prompts BD Loops Relocation
BD Loops is pleased to announce they have acquired a larger facility in order to accommodate the needs of their growing business. BD Loops has relocated from their 4,000 sq ft building in Stanton, CA. to a new larger 12,000 sq ft building located at 1907 Nancita Circle in Placentia, CA.
“We were busting out at the seams of our old building.” said Brian Dickson, President of BD Loops, “We’ve grown so much in the past 5 years that we needed a larger facility to better accommodate our increased sales volume and work force. Looking forward this move will assist in facilitating our future growth and enable us to approach and expand into new markets.”
BD Loops recently celebrated its 20 year anniversary. The company was founded in 2001 by father and son Ted and Brian Dickson.
BD Loops is a manufacturer of preformed inductance loops and loop installation tools. BD Loops products are used in the gate, door, traffic, car wash, drive thru, and security industries.

BD Loops Wins 2017 Manufacturer of the Year!
BD Loops is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a recipient of the Stanton Manufacturer of the Year Award. BD Loops is the premier manufacturer of preformed loops and loop installation accessories for the door, gate, and parking industries.
The City of Stanton recognizes businesses that have built a leadership position in the Stanton business community, advocate for business interests, and give back to the community.
BD Loops accepted the award at the 8th Annual Stanton Business Award luncheon that was held January 25th, 2018. BD Loops was also recognized by the United States Congress, the California State Senate, North Orange County Chamber, County of Orange, and the California Legislature.
BD Loops relocated to Stanton, CA in 2016, they needed a larger facility to accommodate their tremendous growth. Since moving to Stanton BD Loops has expanded their product line, offering smaller loop sizes that are ideal for the parking, car wash, and drive thru industries. They have also brought on BD-LG2 a winter blend loop sealant that can cure in freezing temperatures, in warm weather BD-LG2 fully cures in 15 minutes or less. New Loop Sizes for Parking, Car Wash, and Drive Thru Applications!
BD Loops is now offering 12ft, 14ft, and 16ft perimeter preformed loops as standard sizes. These new loops come with 20ft or 50ft of lead-in for Saw-Cut Loops, and 40ft or 60ft of lead-in for Direct Burial loops.
These smaller size loops are ideal for individual lane detection or for use with barrier gates.

BD Loops Now Offering Cold Weather Loop Sealant!
Need to seal loops in cold or freezing weather? Installing loops for a freezer door? BD Loops is now offering Q-Seal 295M (Winter Grade) 2 part polyurethane sealant. This specialized sealant applies easily and cures quickly in freezing temperatures. 295M can also be used in warm temperatures as a quick cure sealant for applications where the lanes need to be reopened immediately. BD Loops will be showcasing this new sealant at FENCETECH’17 and PIE EXPO 2017.
Q-Seal™ 295 M is a two component polyurethane sealant. It provides a weather and chemical resistant, waterproof seal which can be used as a sealant for saw cuts in concrete and asphalt surfaces. Q-Seal™ 295 M will not expand or flow above the joint. Q-Seal™ 295 M is a 100% solids system that contains no solvents and is zero V.O.C. Q-Seal™ 295 M exhibits exceptional chemical resistance to the following chemicals: de-icing fluids types I, II, III and IV, de-icing salts – including 50% by weight potassium acetate, gasoline, hydraulic brake fluid, and motor oil.
