Lanier Parking Expands Presence in South Florida

Lanier Parking, A Citizen’s Parking Company adds Midtown Miami Community Development District

October 28, 2016 (Atlanta, GA) – The Midtown Miami CDD awarded Lanier Parking, a Citizen’s Parking company, the contract to manage the parking program for the 56 acre district which includes three large self-park garages and valet parking for Midtown Miami Shops. Lanier Parking will also provide project management services for the technological makeover the CDD has planned for the facilities which includes new parking equipment and a state of the art parking guidance system. Lanier Parking’s sister company, Park One of Florida has been selected to provide premium valet services for the current residential towers, Two Midtown and Four Midtown.

Deborah Samuel, Midtown Miami Community Development District Operations Manager said, “We are encouraged about Lanier’s strong local team and South Florida presence. The new contract highlights Lanier Parking’s continued growth in the South Florida market where the company operates many class “A” properties on Brickell, in Downtown Miami and on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. The parking system is an integral component of this thriving area and Lanier Parking will work closely with the Midtown Miami CDD to make the parking experience at Midtown Miami more customer focused. The Midtown Miami CDD encompasses the Midtown Miami Shops which offer shopping, boutique bars, dinning and casual eateries alongside existing luxury residences and future residential towers planned and under construction.

Colloboration gives drivers parking and travel time technology in the palm of their hand

Atlanta, GA – Sept. 20 2016 – INRIX, Inc., the world leader in connected car services and movement analytics, and Citizens Parking, a parking and travel services platform of leading parking operating companies in the U.S., today announced a strategic partnership to bring INRIX Parking and Autotelligent to parking operators, stadiums and venues across the U.S.

Citizens will leverage INRIX parking services to help guests find, reserve and pay for parking at thousands of lots including airports, hotels, stadiums and event venues. In addition, Citizens Parking will use Autotelligent, INRIX’s new software development kit and integrated cloud platform for mobile applications that provides machine learning to predict and personalize routes, destinations and alerts. INRIX Parking and Autotelligent will be available across Citizens’ major parking brands – Lanier, ICON, Park One, AmeriPark, Quik Park — that cover more than 1,100 locations and over 320,000 parking spaces in 28 states.
