Carolinas Parking Association is pleased to present a one-day, two-part Educational Training Course focusing on skills for Front-Line Staff in the Parking & Transportation industry.

FRONT LINE STAFF TRAINING –
AM Session (9 – 12):  “You Can’t Be What You Can’t See” – Achieving Employee Excellence Through Intrinsic Motivation –

This session focuses on self and organizational assessment.

PM Session (1:30 – 4:30):  “Intrinsic Motivation” Energized for Excellence.  This session focuses on career mapping, planning and motivational profiles.

This training is provided as a full day seminar or a half-day (am or pm) seminar.

Full Day session will offer 6.5 CAPP points towards the requirement on the CAPP application, and 4 CAPP points towards recertification, which is the max annually under Program Type 2.
Half Day session will offer 3.5 CAPP points towards the requirement on the CAPP application, and 3.5 CAPP points towards recertification.

This seminar is designed to assist participants to understand the value of intrinsic motivation as it moves them from where they are to where they would like to be.  This interactive seminar will explore the ‘whole person’ assisting in career mapping, employee development goals, and motivational techniques that equips them for succession planning opportunities.

.  Development of intrinsic motivation, and
