Denison Parking now manages valet parking for Commission Row, a new 30,000 square footdining and entertainment experience in Indianapolis. Part of the Pacers Sports & Entertainment Complex, it is adjacent to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Bicentennial Unity Plaza.

Commission Row is a Cunningham Restaurant Group concept with a basement-level speakeasy, “Mel’s,” the steak, seafood, and raw bar “Commission Row,” and the aptly named “Above,” an upper-level private event space, for weddings and special occasions.

About the Commission Row Area:

With a seating capacity of over 17,000, Gainbridge Fieldhouse is the home of The Indiana Pacers NBA team, and the Indiana Fever, a WNBA team. In addition to NBA and WNBA games, Gainbridge Fieldhouse is a top concert venue and regularly hosts events such as Cirque du Soleil and Disney on Ice.

Located in Indianapolis’ Wholesale District, Commission Row takes its name from the area’s nickname for South Delaware Street. Parking for Noblesville, Indiana’s Newest Mixed-Use Development Will Be Managed by Denison Parking

On November 16, 2023, Noblesville Mayor Chris Jensen and select Federal Hill Apartments project stakeholders celebrated the city’s latest mixed-use development with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The four-building project is underway, with the first building set to open soon. The project connects additional living and commercial space northwest of Noblesville’s growing downtown. It will eventually include 220 apartment units, 31,700 square feet of commercial retail space, and 193 parking garage spaces for public use.

About the Federal Hill Area and Hamilton County

The Federal Hill Apartments development is located on Federal Hill Commons, a 6.5-acre urban park, which opened in Spring 2017. The location includes an amphitheater, a market plaza, and an event space. The site is currently preparing an ice-skating rink and decorations for “Holidays at the Hill” winter activities.

Hamilton County, Indiana, set the pace for growth and led the state with a 2.1% population gain in 2022.

The name Federal Hill in the Noblesville area goes as far back as the 1870s, named by the Swain family, who owned the property. In October 2023, Denison Parking began managing valet parking services for The Banyan Hotel, a boutique hotel in Fort Myers’ downtown River District, which is now part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

Ms. Perras is a valuable thought partner who has demonstrated strong leadership, delivered significant process improvements, and has successfully connected the finance team to the broader teams across Denison. Ms. Perras and her team have also assumed responsibility for the payroll function.

Ms. Perras brings over 20 years of accounting experience from multiple industries, including transportation, legal and national entertainment. Michele graduated from Ball State University and received her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

In November 2022, Denison Parking began managing parking for the new mixed-use innovation district, Electric Works, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The campus encompasses 39 acres, 18 historic buildings, and more than 1.2 million square feet of space. The new parking facilities currently consist of two lots and a garage, totaling 1,475 spaces, with more areas in development.
