ISAIAH MOUW NAMED VICE PRESIDENT WITH CITIZENS LANIER HOLDINGS

Isaiah Mouw, CAPP, CPP, LEED GA, has worked in the parking industry for more than ten (10) years, and has been involved with every facet of parking management in a municipal setting; on-street and off-street, enforcement, citation management and collections.
In his role as Vice President of Municipal Operations, Isaiah will work closely with our firm’s regional and local operating teams to enhance Citizens Parking’s existing public-sector parking operations across the country, including Municipal, Airport and University, as well as launch new on and off-street parking management programs. Working alongside our General Managers and Subject Matter Experts in Citizens Parking’s Municipal Division, Isaiah will support the various companies within the Citizens Parking family of brands; which include: Lanier Parking Solutions, AmeriPark, pk1, ICON and QuikPark.
An industry Ambassador, frequent public speaker and author, Isaiah serves on the International Parking Institute’s (IPI) Advisory Council as a Member of the Technology Committee. He also serves on the IPI CAPP Board. In 2014, Isaiah was awarded the Chairman’s Award from IPI, and in 2015, he was recognized by the National Parking Association as a “40 Under 40” recipient; recognizing the best and brightest young parking professionals in the industry. Isaiah has also authored dozens of articles in professional journals such as The Parking Professional, Parking, and Parking Today, on topics such as Technology, Sustainability, Safety, Way-finding, Suicide Prevention and Enforcement.
Isaiah earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Isaiah was also commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Lanier Parking Expands Presence in South Florida
Lanier Parking, A Citizen’s Parking Company adds Midtown Miami Community Development District
October 28, 2016 (Atlanta, GA) – The Midtown Miami CDD awarded Lanier Parking, a Citizen’s Parking company, the contract to manage the parking program for the 56 acre district which includes three large self-park garages and valet parking for Midtown Miami Shops. Lanier Parking will also provide project management services for the technological makeover the CDD has planned for the facilities which includes new parking equipment and a state of the art parking guidance system. Lanier Parking’s sister company, Park One of Florida has been selected to provide premium valet services for the current residential towers, Two Midtown and Four Midtown.

The new contract highlights Lanier Parking’s continued growth in the South Florida market where the company operates many class “A” properties on Brickell, in Downtown Miami and on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. The parking system is an integral component of this thriving area and Lanier Parking will work closely with the Midtown Miami CDD to make the parking experience at Midtown Miami more customer focused. The Midtown Miami CDD encompasses the Midtown Miami Shops which offer shopping, boutique bars, dinning and casual eateries alongside existing luxury residences and future residential towers planned and under construction.
