Mr. Bockbrader, a commercial real estate and strategic procurement professional, brings more than 25 years of sales and business management expertise to Oobeo, an independent subsidiary of Toledo-based Toledo Ticket Technologies.

Mr. Bockbrader started his new position with Oobeo on Dec. 1, 2021. Prior to this, he served as senior vice president at Sperry CGA – Treasure and Associates in Columbus, OH, where he was responsible for selling and/or leasing commercial real estate properties to many different clients including industrial, office, land, multifamily, retailer and portfolio transactions. He leased or sold more than $5 million in property values annually. Mr. Bockbrader holds a bachelor of business administration degree from The University of Toledo and is a licensed real estate agent in Ohio. He and his wife, Elizabeth, along with their family reside in Grandview Heights, Ohio.

Oobeo Announces the Launch of an affordable, easy to use Event Parking Payment Solution

TOLEDO, Ohio — Oobeo has today launched a new event parking app to complement its existing parking software suite for taking rapid cash and card payments at events including contactless payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google wallet.

Oobeo event parking is included as part of its base subscription to all of its customers at no additional cost and is free to start.

Using the new solution, payments can be taken faster and more accurately, making a smoother experience for customers as well as giving insight to parking operators and venues.

Oobeo Event payments can be taken by attendants via an easy to use, mobile app available for Android and iOS.

Parking operators can set their own rate schedule and rules through their online dashboard, track revenue received by attendant or rate and set their own convenience fees or tax lines.

SpotHero to expand network of parking facilities and improve user experience for drivers; Oobeo to acquire SpotHero’s ticketless valet clients to expand its client base

CHICAGO and SARASOTA, FL, February 21, 2019 — SpotHero, the leading parking mobility platform in North America, and Oobeo, a cloud-based valet parking software provider, have announced a partnership to improve valet parking for both companies’ customers nationwide. Under the partnership, Oobeo will assume and service SpotHero’s ticketless valet software clients, and SpotHero will gain access to hundreds of additional valet parking locations near restaurants, airports, and hotels currently using Oobeo’s solution.

Through the partnership, Oobeo will expand their cloud-based valet software to SpotHero’s ticketless valet clients. By operating entirely on iOS and Android devices, Oobeo provides valet operators with an integrated platform to receive cars, check the status of vehicles, take credit card payments, and review customer payment status. Eliminating paper tickets enables drivers to pay for valet parking, drop off the car, and request their vehicle all from a mobile device.

SpotHero valet passes will be validated by Oobeo as part of the partnership, opening up hundreds of new valet locations and reservations for SpotHero customers. By expanding its existing network of facilities, SpotHero reinforces its commitment to easing congestion in high traffic areas where valets add significant value to drivers–near restaurants, hotels and other popular destinations.
