PAVE Mobility Welcomes Parking Industry Veteran, Isaiah Mouw, as President of Municipal Division
As President of Municipal, Mouw is responsible for all municipal-related activities at the Company, including business development, client relations and operations.
“With Isaiah’s extensive municipal parking industry knowledge, relationships and experience operating hundreds of municipal parking operations, he is the ideal parking professional to help lead our efforts as we tackle new municipal opportunities, and better serve existing PAVE Mobility municipal clients,” said PAVE Mobility CEO, Fred Bredemeyer.
Isaiah Mouw has worked in the parking industry for over 15 years and has managed nearly every facet of parking management in a municipal setting and possesses a comprehensive background in enforcement, collections and implementing paid parking. In his prior role with several of the largest parking management operators, Isaiah was responsible for the municipal business development and operations in executive leadership positions.
“I’ve seen a lot of groundbreaking technology in my career, but what PAVE Mobility is currently executing has me more excited than ever before. I look forward to collaborating with the forward-thinking PAVE Mobility team and our diverse clientele to help make parking a lot more simple,” said Mouw.
An industry ambassador, frequent public speaker and author, Isaiah serves on the International Parking & Mobility Institute’s (IPMI) Advisory Council as the Co-Chair of the Mobility Task-Force Committee, and also serves as Past Chair on the Board of Directors for the IPMI CAPP Board. Isaiah has co-authored several books including Sustainable Parking Design & Management (2016) and A Guide to Parking (2018) and his new book A Guide to Implementing Paid Parking releases this summer. In 2014, Isaiah was awarded the Chairman’s Award from IPMI, and in 2015, he was recognized by the National Parking Association (NPA) as a “40 Under 40” recipient, recognizing the best and brightest young parking professionals in the industry. In 2019, Isaiah was once again recognized by IPMI as the James Hunnicutt, CAPP, Parking Professional of the Year.
Isaiah earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and was also commissioned as a Honorary Kentucky Colonel by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
